I have been involved is sales since I entered the work force in 1982 and for the last ten years I have Mentored and Coached all the staff at the company I am presently with. This was done on an ad hoc basis, as my position Operations Director did not include Coaching or Mentoring in the job description. I have happily worked with all the staff in the branches around the country listening to their views and problems. Helping to unblock the blockages where ever I could and encouraging Growth where possible. During the last two years I have involved myself in education through the IITD Training and Development Certificate and with ECLS Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, both of which carry FETAC Level Six. These courses I undertook to establish an academic understanding of the position I had held for ten years and to help me bring the correct structure to the process.

Coaching is a very simple powerful process of Growth. At its very core is your need for change. This intrinsic understanding from within you that you want to change something in your life is what drives coaching. This is the process that you will undertake with your coach. As your coach it is my position to facilitate that process or journey.
