
Peter Connolly is an experienced Psychologist, Facilitator and Executive Coach who has worked with a large client base in organisations across Europe. With an educational background predominately in psychology Peter combines a wide knowledge of learning, leadership and organisations with a dynamic and creative style to facilitate individual and group performance results.
Peter has worked as a leadership and organisational development manager with Intel Ireland, as a facilitator and organisational consultant with Franklin Covey Europe the worlds largest provider of leadership training solutions and has run his own performance coaching and training business Lifeskills Learning and Development (now Peter Connolly & Associates).
Peter’s unique talent is in the design and delivery of highly innovative, engaging and interactive learning solutions which aim to create the conditions for in depth learning and behaviour change. We offer a 1 to 1 coaching service to corporate executives who wish to develop their strengths in specific areas such as management skills, leadership, strategy, emotional intelligence, performance management etc.
We have a small group of carefully selected experienced coaches who have extensive experience with a wide range of corporate clients. We offer a partnership approach in working with clients to develop focused, measurable behavioural change in themselves, their teams or organisations and that will ultimately result in strategic value.
360° Leadership Credibility Profile – We use the leadership credibility profile as a complementary tool to measure where a client’s current performance is in specific areas. We then work with the client on a targeted set of development goals so as to achieve overall value to them and their business.
