I founded Evolution Consulting in 2006 so that I could help individuals and organisations deal with change.  In my experience, many people know that what they are currently doing is not working but they are often unsure what needs to change or how they should go about making those changes. Even if they know what they should change and how they should make the changes, they then have the little hurdle of Fear to deal with.

So, what makes me think I can help you?   Well, to give you a sense of my experience and background, I started in the Funds Industry in 1995 and quickly moved into management, where I was fascinated by how I could get the best from each staff member in what was a very pressurised environment.  After 4 years as an Operations Manager, in 2000, I set up a Training Department within a large Funds company.  Over the next 6 years, I developed and delivered technical Funds training courses, Management training courses and gradually moved into developing a company-wide Competency Framework, which I then integrated into the company's recruitment, performance and talent management processes, with all the necessary facilitation, influencing, leadership and training skills required to make it successful. 

Since setting up Evolution Consulting, I have worked with several clients, in very different ways. 

For example: For a Funds company that was introducing a new IT package, I provided systems training, facilitated numerous committees to re-design the processes effected by the system change and provided coaching to key staff.  For an Engineering client, I facilitated workshops to revise their competency framework, designed and delivered a Management Development Programme and coached several Managers, to great success.  

Having originally studied Physics and Maths, and followed it with a Diploma in Statistics, I have developed strong problem solving skills.  Through my work and my qualifications in training, coaching, emotional intelligence and other assessment tools, I have developed strong interpersonal and leadership skills.  Bringing these complementary sides together allows me to offer exceptional skills and services to my clients, to help them through their specific need for change and to support them in overcoming their fear.
