Brenda combines her business leadership knowledge, holistic background and her coaching skills to deliver a rounded and complete approach for her clients.

Her breadth of experience comes from nine years of leadership and management of cross-functional groups in the IT and Telecommunications sector, empowering teams and enhancing performance to deliver high results.

She also draws on her experience from running her Holistic business providing treatments such as Holistic Massage, Sports Injuries, Reiki, IET, Reflexology etc observing how the health of the body reflects the mindset of the individual, and thus their vision for life.

She is a qualified Results and Performance Coach. She is also certified as a Master NLP practitioner, Master Hypnosis and in Neuro Repatterning.
