Noel Caffrey (E)

Noel Caffrey BSS (Hons), MSC (Leadership), FIITD, FCIPD has worked across multiple industry sectors in Fortune 500 mulit-national companies primarily in Europe and North America.  He has always focused on business outcomes as he coached leaders in improving their capabilities to deliver results.

He is a businessman and behavioural scientist engaging with leaders and their teams to facilitate significant improvement in their performance.

Noel was educated in the University of Limerick, formally NIHE and Roffey Park Management College in the UK.

He is passionate about helping leaders and their team to release superior performances through increasing their capability to execute and deliver.

• There is a strong output orientation focused on you finding solutions, uncovering and utilising opportuinites and implementing actions, and so achieving results that woudl not have otherwise been achieved.
