Mhairi Roche (C)

Mhairi is a Retail Consultant with a particular focus on Buying and Managing expertise within the Retail and Fashion industry. 

Stemming from a creative background in Display & Visual Merchandising she has held senior positions in a number of areas – Womenswear Buying Director, Head of Fashion Direction, Head of Concession Development & Group Fashion Buyer.

In 2008-09 she was appointed General Manager for a Distribution Company of a leading natural organic skincare brand which supplied the Health & Pharmaceutical market where she provided strategic management of the group oversaw all financial aspects of the business and led a multi-disciplinary Management team.

Mhairi is a dedicated team player, whose skill as a people Manager is committed to developing teams and helping them improve their individual skills & release their potential within the business.

An excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation hierarchy she is deadline and results driven and committed to high standards of excellence.

She believes strongly in using the coaching process to facilitate people’s growth, development, change & leadership.

Mhairi holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal & Executive Coaching with ECSL and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
