Background
Elaine’s background is based around ICT, Finance, Training and Management. Having graduated with an IT degree, she worked for a number of years in the manufacturing industry, supporting and administrating accounts and ICT processes. She was also involved with training up of new employees. This developed into a career in Training & Development in 2000.
Seefin Coaching
Seefin Coaching was established in 2008 to address the need for coaching services in the Munster area. Elaine works closely with small business owners onsite as well as in her Coaching Practice in North Cork.
Elaine is passionate about helping people realise their full potential. She helps business owners develop and enhance crucial aspects of their personal & business effectiveness, looking at both the practical elements of running a business, and addressing the core of the business - the owner.
She works with individuals to address specific challenging areas of their life or work, whether relationships, self-esteem, finance, assertiveness, communication or managing their stress levels.
