Commercial Background:
Denis has a MSc in Supply Chain Management as well as almost 30 years practical experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Sales, AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) and Packaging Technology. He has worked at all levels of the supply chain from direct sales all the way up the supply chain to procurement and data management throughout his career. This gives him a unique skill set and very practical perspective in the supply chain processes and management.

In more recent times Denis has worked with a global supply chain standards body where he has been involved in projects in many industry sectors (including Healthcare, Hardware/DIY, Explosives, FMCG and Foodservice/Hospitality) on both local and global fronts. This has further increased his expertise in all aspects of Automatic Data Capture, Supply Chain Efficiency, RFID, eCommerce and all aspects of Track & Traceability.

Coaching:
Denis is a Behavioural Change Consultant and the first person in Ireland to hold a MA degree in Coaching & NLP.

He has helped many realise their true potential through one to one or group sessions in a relaxed atmosphere. He has a firm belief that any individual or group of individuals can be empowered to set and realise goals and dreams that may appear unattainable. He has seen people overcome almost insurmountable obstacles and he has first hand experience in having to overcome various stresses and hurdles in his own life.

Denis sees the good and potential in everyone and is ready to challenge, encourage and accompany clients along their chosen path. He has worked with executives and staff at all levels of organisations and is regularly complimented on his ‘can do’ attitude and energy.

Denis is a firm believer in professional development and has undergone a very intensive programme of development across a range of behavioural sciences.

He is very interested in Non-verbal Communication and has delivered unique programs in communication based around the area of NVC. He is driven to developing ways to link hard business processes with the cognitive skills required to run them. He is Ireland’s representative for the Humintell LLC range of Micro-Expression training programmes

He also believes in the academic needs of the Coaching and NLP fields and is a vocal advocate for the formal training and accreditation of professional coaches. He also holds a Diploma in Coaching & NLP Supervision as well as a number of Internationally recognised Coaching & Mentoring qualifications.

Denis is Ireland’s only person licensed to train and certify people to deliver the iWAM (inventory of Work Attitudes & Motivators) EQ test. He is also a trainer in Extended DISC as well as a Coach trainer.

Following a strategic alliance he is The Performance Solution's Director of Programmes for Ireland and is Ireland’s only facilitator of TPS ACTP courses. He is also the only facilitator of the MA in Applied Coaching degree in partnership with The Performance Solutions (UK) and Derby University."
